Our extra-curricular programme is up and running! Students can enjoy a range of activities during social times and after school. This includes music, drama, sport and art. It has been a joy to see students auditioning for our Winter Showcase, so many talented students enjoying themselves. Football and netball clubs are the sports in action this half term and good to see fixtures already taking place. Student leaders are working hard and school council reps appointed ready for their first responsibilities. House competitions have started and we are very pleased to see our Y11 students attending our after school interventions in preparation for upcoming mocks.
We have lots more planned and will always work with students to respond to their requests. We have even some students starting their own clubs! This year we do want to see more students attending clubs so have introduced a loyalty card which encourages students to go every week to be in with a chance to get house points and prizes. We recognise how valuable these opportunities are in developing character and in providing memories and experiences that students will remember for life.
