Democracy is a crucial part of our life in Britain and we value that at Bournville School. Every child has a right to have their voice heard and our democratically elected form representatives ensure their views are taken to the School Council. There, the elected Student Leadership Team, will facilitate discussion around central issues agreeing ways forward to impact, working through the senior leadership team at the school and prefects to ensure actions make a difference. The Student Leadership team update students at the end of this cycle to let them know the difference they have made.
