We are one of a few schools locally who have been selected to work on the Equally Safe program with Equaliteach, an organisation that promotes inclusion, diversity and equality. The purpose of the program is to embed best practice in preventing and tackling identity-based bullying. Advisors from Equaliteach will work with the school to develop tailored, whole-school approaches. Thank you to parents, staff and students who have already completed surveys providing us with valuable feedback, enabling us to plan future actions more effectively. We are very excited to be working on such an in-depth and innovative program and look forward to the opportunities it will bring such as CPD for colleagues and training students as Agents for Change.
