7X2 were very excited to receive their Book Buzz books this week. Student receptionists and prefects had wrapped them up I think, so it was even more fun as the class unwrapped their gifts! There was so much excitement that another member of staff came in thinking that there was a problem! They settled to reading their books for the rest of the lesson, though. Most students were very happy with their choice of book.
This is just one of the initiatives we are adopting to encourage reading and to engage students to love books.
