Bournville School would like to congratulate all Year 11 GCSE students. This year has seen a fantastic 10% of our students achieving top grades in both English and Mathematics. There were many smiling students and parents and tears of joy.
Highlights include our five highest achieving students (pictured above):
Salome Mulenga achieved eight grade 9’s and three grade 8’s
Niamh Cavoski Murphy achieved four grade 9’s, three grade 8’s one grade 7 and one grade 6
Sophie Harman achieved two grade 9’s, five grade 8’s and two grade 7’s
Calista Lawry achieved one grade 9, one distinction*, 5 grade 8’s, one grade 7 and one grade 6
Aadam Shadrokh-Cigari achieved two grade 9’s, one grade A, four grade 8’s, one grade 7 and one grade 6
In addition, Sophie Harman achieved full marks in the English language exam
Bournville students will be moving on to a number of further education destinations. We wish all of our students the very best of luck on the next stage of their journey and look forward to hearing about their future successes.
