Our Vision
Mr Simon Mallett
Bournville All-Through School is a vibrant, ambitious school that belongs to the Fairfax Multi Academy Trust (FMAT) family of academies.
The Academy educates children aged from 4 to 16, offering a high-quality education for students.
I am the Executive Principal of Bournville All-Through School and Erdington Academy, another school in the FMAT family.
At Bournville, I am supported in my role by Head of Academy, Ms Rekha Dhinsa.
The five core values of the FMAT are:

These values are modelled daily by staff and rewarded when demonstrated in students.
Our aim is to ensure that provision at Bournville All-Through School allows all students to maximise levels of achievement both inside and outside the classroom and for students to be given outstanding levels of care, support and guidance as they navigate their way through the various key stages in their preparation for future career pathways.
Our extra-curricular programme is developing, enabling students to participate in activities ranging from sporting, academic and hobby based; these activities engage and enthuse students and develop talent and confidence.
We have extremely high expectations of all our students and we will monitor progress rigorously to ensure that each student is securing the achievement and personal development progress that is demanded of them.
In short, if your child chooses to come here, we will expect them to behave well and to work hard. I hope your child is willing to accept the challenges and opportunities that Bournville All-Through School will give them.
