I have been so impressed with the number and quality of applications received by Y10 students wanting prefect positions for the next academic year. To apply students filled in an application form, got a reference from a member of staff and were interviewed. During interview students had the opportunity to tell me their plans if successful, I was impressed with the ambition of our students and their commitment to our school community. They talked about being excellent role models, using their own school experiences to help younger students and expressed their aspirations to improve the wellbeing and mental health of students as well as ensuring Bournville School is a happy and enjoyable place to be.
Some of our students then went on to apply for senior prefect positions and were interviewed by the Principal. Congratulations go to:
