On Friday 2nd February, we took Y10 Food and Nutrition students to the ‘Innovation Kitchen’ at Cadbury’s, Mondelez. This was a unique opportunity for them to learn about the manufacture and marketing of chocolate. They even got to make their own chocolate bars! Students will certainly remember this experience and use the knowledge gained in their GCSE studies.
