On Monday 2nd March, Year 9 pupils enjoyed a trip to the Globe Theatre in London to watch a performance of Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. The performance was a modern adaptation of the play, featuring drums, bikes and dancing, which brought a fresh and energetic feel to the classic story.
Pupils behaved excellently throughout the day and had a fantastic time. Thank you to all staff and parents who supported the trip and helped make it such a success.
We look forward to our next trip on 24th March, when we will be taking Year 8 to see a performance of Noughts & Crosses at the Birmingham Rep Theatre.
