Each Academy within the Trust has an Academy Governing Body which provides more detailed oversight at a local level.
FMAT members
The Members of FMAT are the subscribers to the Trust’s Articles of Association. They have oversight of the governance arrangements of the Trust and have the power to appoint and remove Directors.
FMAT Trust Directors and associates
The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Trust, as well as holding the Executive Team to account for delivering agreed priorities and ensuring the financial probity of the Trust.
