Admin Assistant

Grade 2, Full time, Term Time Only + 3 days to be worked during Holidays
Temporary Contract to cover a secondment starting week commencing 26th March and expected end 13th July 2012.

Closing Date for Application:  8th February 2012

This is a very busy and varied role to support the Exams and Personnel Manager with a wide range of administration duties and day to day organisation of exams; together with assisting the Pastoral Office Manager with a wide range of clerical/secretarial work and reception duties in the Pastoral Office. You must be adaptable, be well organised, work methodically with excellent ICT (including CMIS) and interpersonal skills.
