The secretary will connect your call to the person she thinks will be best able to assist you. If the call is about a pupil then please ask to be connected to The Pastoral Office, please be prepared to give:-

a) the pupil's name
b) the pupil's year group
c) the pupil's tutor group

As the secretary may need to make a decision about whom to contact you should be prepared to give some indication of the nature of your business. All calls are treated in the strictest confidence.

  By Appointment

Parents are welcome to come to school to discuss matters of concern. We ask that this be done by appointment. In this way visitors can be sure of seeing the person whom they need to consult. All staff have teaching timetables and cannot be brought from lessons to meet visitors.

Visitors should report to the secretary of the appropriate building and sign the Visitors' Book. This secretary will then arrange for you to see the person with whom you have an appointment.

Prospective pupils and their parents are welcome to visit at any time on the published Open Evenings/Days, when staff and pupils will be happy to answer questions and show them round.
